Come get your 1st Half Report Cards!

You have to love the NFL. You really just don’t know from one season to the next…or sometimes from one week to the next…who teams are going to stack up once they get on the field. What we have done here at TINO this week is compiled report cards for certain categories determined on how they rank in the league by some stat categories. Doing this reminded me of being a first grader in Azusa, California walking home from school. The kid I was walking with was all stressed out about what his Mom would do when she seen his report card. My mind worked quickly to come to the solution of hiding it under a car tire where she would never find it. Mom frowned on it, I denied being involved.St. Louis Rams and Miami Dolphins, go out to the parking lot and pick a car.

Here are some links that break them down by division. Check them out, at least stop by to say hey to the ladies in each post.

NFC North 1st Half Report Card

We are a 1/2 way through the season and many teams have not performed
as planned. We have decided that report cards should be sent out. Some
fans will be happy to see how their teams stack up. Some would like to
use the genius plan I gave a kid walking home with me in the first
grade…hide it underneath a car tire where your Mom will never find it.
Grades are determined by where they rank in the league in each
category. Feel free to praise or scold teams in the comment section
below. Check out the other divisions as well.

Offense

Points Per Game:

First Half=B
First Quarter=B

Passing Yards:

First Half=A
First Quarter=A

Rushing Yards:

First Half=F
First Quarter=F

Defense
Points Allowed:

First Half=B
First Quarter= B

Yards Per Game:

First Half=B-
First Quarter=D+

Comments: The Packers are excelling in their classes but are neglecting run class. Passing has been able to compensate for it up to this point but it isn’t known that it can do so all year. Improvement in yards allowed per game helps as well.

Comments: The Packers are following the influence of the big man on campus. He is setting very good marks for his career and if the rest of the team works up to his level they could go far.
