I voted Ravens…..have you heard about how Ray came into camp this year? I just think their d keeps them in it…just a gut!

The rundown…

This is going to be a tough three horse race. The Browns will be passed around like a little new guy behind bars. It could go in any direction with the Bengals, Ravens, and Steelers. This division is where every game really does matter.

Quick take:

The Bengals have what it takes to be one of the best offensive units in the league. Holding their numbers back are playing two tough D’s in Baltimore and Pitt twice a year. If their defense can help them out a little bit the Bengals are a team that can go deep into the playoffs.

Big game:

Week one against the Ravens one national TV. This is where they prove if they can be looked at as the best team in the division out of the gate.
Would be a big loss:

Week 16 hosting the Browns. It’s late in the season and even if they have their backups in the game they cannot lose this game to the Browns (who are the new Bengals).

Quick take:

The Ravens feel like they have bolstered their running game with Willis McGahee. McGahee wants to play better as well to prove he isn’t as bad as Buffalo made him look so it’s a nice fit. I hear the defense is pretty good.

Big game:

Week one against the Bengals for the same reasons as mentioned above for the Bengals. time to whip it out and see who has it.

Would be a big loss:

Week 11 hosting the Browns. Need I say more?

Quick take:

New coach. Don’t hear that often in Pittsburgh. Sometimes change is good is what I’m hearing from Steeler fans after getting a look at what Tomlin has going on. They are kind of on the outside looking in on the Ravens and Bengals but with a couple of games swinging in their favor could walk away with this division.

Big game:

Week 17 at Baltimore. I’m looking forward to this game already. So much could be riding on this game at this time. this could easily be moved to prime time due to the flexible schedule.

Would be a big loss:

Week one at the Browns. See a theme going here for big loses in the division?

Quick take:

I sure would love to see the Browns in the hunt. Who knows when or if that will ever happen again. We are all just waiting to see when Brady Quinn goes in, good or bad, because it’s the only thing really going on here.

Big game:

A week one win over the hated Steelers would be a highlight of the season and give fans a glimpse of hope before it comes crashing down in week two.

Would be a big loss:

Since the Browns can’t play themselves I will go with the Raiders in week three.

If the Steelers go 10 and 6 yet finish in 3rd place, that would be tough. There will be a division winner with a lesser record for sure.

Looking at them after I have the record in front of me I don’t tihnk the Bengals will win that many games and the Steelers may win more. I went over the schedule week by week without taking into consideration the record they were racking up but I stuck with what I had. It’s all in fun, I don’t know shit and don’t clain to 😉
